“I was pleased to have found Homestead through Google and learned about their services and positive customer reviews. One thing stood out was the company has a local address and I was glad that the owner, Eric answered my call promptly, thorough explained the process and was always available to address all of my follow-up questions. The pricing structure and information were clearly presented on their website. His crew demonstrated professionalism during both delivery and pick-up of the dumpster, making out cleanup and junk removal process efficient and straightforward. I highly recommend this company and intend to use their services again in the future.”

“This is our second time renting a dumpster from Eric and the Homestead crew. I don't write a lot of reviews but in this case, both times working with Homestead have stood out for both the ease of the experience and the professionalism of the team. I was already impressed when I called about a last minute rental and within ten minutes, Eric had everything booked and ready to go for the next day. But what really stood out was the fact that the dumpster was being delivered to my parents house (for a clean out) and my 81 year old mom went out of her way to text me after the drop off to say that "the guys who dropped off the dumpster were SO nice and SO professional I just had to let you know." When your delivery crew inspires unsolicited text compliments from an 81 year old you know you have a good team. : ) Cleaning out your house (or your parents' in my case) is a stressful experience. Knowing that the actual logistics of dumpster drop-off and pick-up will NOT be stressful and that the people you interact with will be nice? Awesome.

“Homestead disposal was awesome to work with. I was tearing down my shed and had both construction debris as well as other materials. Eric from Homestead was extremely responsive to my questions via email (and phone later) and helped clarify what type of dumpster I would need to handle my work. Once the details were sorted, the dumpster was dropped off at my house within 24 hours exactly in the location requested. I loaded it up and Eric also helped me gauge the approximate weight of my materials so I wouldn’t overload the dumpster. Once it was filled, Homestead was back on site within 12 hours to pick up the dumpster. All said and done, even with a slight weight overage, it ended up being several hundred dollars cheaper than a comparable dumpster from W-M, all with a much better customer service interface. I’d 100% use Homestead again and recommend it to anyone else looking for these services.”

When the order is placed, a representative will contact you to confirm your order, ask for payment information, and confirm the delivery and removal date. Yes, that is literally the process. "Scheduled a delivery for a 1 ton dumpster late Monday afternoon, at 8:30 the next morning the dumpster was in my driveway! Honestly figured I'd have to wait 1-2 days for it. Filled it that same day and called Wednesday morning to schedule a pickup ASAP due to the landlord wanting it off the property. They were extremely accommodating and promised to get it removed for me that day! Highly recommend!"

"I had a wonderful experience with Homestead Disposal. Eric was so helpful when I called looking for a dumpster 2 days before I was going to clean out a house in Billerica, Mass. He went over the sizes and what I would need for my job. He promised me the dumpster would be there the day before I needed it and when there was a weather problem they called to me to make sure I knew they would have it delivered early the next day before the time I would need it. It was there exactly in the spot I described for him ready to go for us when we got there. I highly recommend this company if you are in the area they service."

"I have asked them to put dumpsters in some pretty tight driveways in Somerville with cars parked on both sides of the street and the driver still was able to get the dumpster in.  I have trust in their abilities and for times when I can't make it out to the property on the delivery day I just leave a chalk line in the driveway where I want the back of the dumpster, call and give them the instructions, and the driver leaves it within a few inches of where I want it."

Renting a dumpster from Homestead was easy and great. I had checked out a national dumpster search/locator service first on Google and they had quoted a low price but neglected to tell me that they had a 1 ton limit and larger tonnage would cost substantially more. I called Homestead after a friend in Real Estate recommended them. I spoke with both Eric and Greg who were partners at the firm and they were really helpful in figuring out what size dumpster we would need for our clean out project on our house as we were getting ready to sell it. They asked good questions and help me feel comfortable with the size dumpster they recommended. The delivery was excellent and on time - the driver Steve was able to maneuver the big truck and dumpster around our tricky circular driveway and put the dumpster right where we needed it. Two weeks later we requested another dumpster, and Steve once again made the replacement and takeaway a painless job. Finally another driver Nestor did a great job of quickly taking away the second dumpster.”

The Dumpster was promptly delivered and placed in the right location and wood was used to not damage the grass. When the it was picked up the driver took the time to clean up around it and even shoveled up a small pile at the door. “This was the best and most efficient deal in my life. When you call you talk with either Eric or Greg. They explain the process, no hidden fees and the dumpster was delivered when promised (more on time then any airplane). Also the driver called when on the way. They made sure not to damage the drivway when they delivered it.Pick up, as easy. Called I talked to Greg, he said I will get a call back.
