We have used Homestead several times with their 15 yard roll off dumpster for our renovation waste. The drivers are highly skilled and takes caution in leaving the dumpster in the spot that we want on the driveway. The roll off is extremely smooth, which helps reduce interruptions to our neighbors. They are not always quick to pick up, but are generally responsive on calls. We recommend this local business!

I rented a 7 yard dumpster from Eric and the whole process was seamless. This company was the only place I could find a 7 yarder. Scheduling pickup was a very easy process as the driver was already in the area and picked up the dumpster within 10 mins of calling. The $400 price tag and the fill in and haul away in less than 18 hours can’t be beat.I highly recommend this company for your residential dumpster needs.

Working with Homestead Disposal was a pleasure. Eric must have owner interest due due to his high level of customer service and communication. The Dumpster was promptly delivered and placed in the right location and wood was used to not damage the grass. When the it was picked up the driver took the time to clean up around it and even shoveled up a small pile at the door. As the driver left he beeped the horn and waved to my step daughter watching in the window. I’ve used several dumpster companies in my years but I will return to Homestead for all of my dumpster needs going forward and would highly recommend their services
