Its compact size of 12 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 4 feet high makes it perfect for driveways and tight spaces like narrow lots and backyards, while its lower walls help in loading heavy materials like concrete or roofing shingles. 10 cubic yard roll-off can hold about three to four pickup truck loads of debris and can fit around 60 trash bags, which is approximately 270 cubic feet of waste.

Homestead Disposal Inc provides a $700 15 yard dumpster, which is an eco-friendly mid-sized waste container ideal for small to medium home renovations, garage and basement cleanouts, event management, landscaping jobs, and disposing of heavy materials like construction and demolition debris. Its size of 12 ft long, 8 ft wide, and 6 ft high makes it suitable for projects that generate a moderate amount of waste, such as removing old flooring, cabinetry, shingles, or general junk clearance. A 15 cubic yard dumpster can hold about 5 to 7 pickup truck loads and can fit around 90 trash bags.

The Massachusetts D.E.P. has banned the following items from all landfills.  If any of these waste ban items are placed in a dumpster, the following per item handling charges apply from all Transfer & Recycling operations in the State of Massachusetts.

3. Propane tanks - $55 each

4. Car tires and batteries - $55.00 per car tire, $55.00 per battery

 Homestead Disposal will not accept any Asbestos, Medical Waste or any Liquid Waste (Paint, Oil, Solvents, etc.)  The disposal of hazardous or special wastes is strictly prohibited in our dumpster rental service in Massachusetts.  If any hazardous or special waste is found in the dumpster, the dumpster will be quarantined until such time as the dumpster  is made legal for disposal.  All additional cost associated with hazardous and special waste will be the customer's financial responsibility.

Note: Yard Waste is organic material only.  Dumpster Rentals are available for either brush (tree limbs, organic woody material, etc.) or grass/leaves. Please no rocks or dirt.  You may not mix any other material (treated wood, trash, etc.) with yard waste. There is no weight limit associated with yard waste dumpster rentals, but additional charges will apply if you mix unacceptable material in a Yard Waste Dumpster. Rental includes delivery and removal of dumpster and disposal of debris. $15 per day after rental period. 

Note: ABC dumpsters are for clean loads only of Asphalt, Brick, Concrete (no rebar). These materials may be mixed with each other, but may not me mixed with ANY other materials. There is no weight limit associated with ABC rentals, but if any trash, wood, dirt, etc. is placed in an ABC dumpster, it will have to be taken to a transfer station and the customer will be responsible for the entire weight at $200 per ton. 

DEF dumpsters are for clean loads of Dirt Earth or Fill. No other material may not be mixed with a DEF dumpster. There is no weight limit associated with DEF rentals, but if ANY other material is mixed with DEF material, it will have to be taken to a transfer station and the customer will be responsible for the entire weight at $200 per ton. 12ft long x 8ft wide x 2ft high; clean loads of asphalt, block, concrete, dirt, earth & fill only. Rental includes delivery and removal of dumpster and disposal of debris.
