Real Reviews from Real Customers — Eastern Massachusetts

We have been working with Homestead Disposal for several years and have never had a problem. It is difficult working at different construction sites and managing all the dumpsters coming in and out, but with Homestead Disposal it is very easy. As soon as one of the dumpsters is full, we simply give them a call and set up a time for delivery. Likewise, with new projects, we call in with an address and the dumpster is there ready to go by the time we start our project. I highly recommend this company regardless of the size of your project. Most of the time you will speak with Eric who is very kind and willing to help.

Homestead disposal did an excellent job providing a dumpster for our siding project. They delivered our dumpster in a timely manner and were available for questions as they arose. We would highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future.

Renting a dumpster from Homestead was easy and great. I had checked out a national dumpster search/locator service first on Google and they had quoted a low price but neglected to tell me that they had a 1 ton limit and larger tonnage would cost substantially more. I called Homestead after a friend in Real Estate recommended them. I spoke with both Eric and Greg who were partners at the firm and they were really helpful in figuring out what size dumpster we would need for our clean out project on our house as we were getting ready to sell it. They asked good questions and help me feel comfortable with the size dumpster they recommended. The delivery was excellent and on time – the driver Steve was able to maneuver the big truck and dumpster around our tricky circular driveway and put the dumpster right where we needed it. Two weeks later we requested another dumpster, and Steve once again made the replacement and takeaway a painless job. Finally another driver Nestor did a great job of quickly taking away the second dumpster.

I had a wonderful experience with homestead dumpster company. Erick was very professional and very helpful when I called looking for a dumpster and the next day the dumpster was in front of my house. Also I had the dumpster for 2 weeks and I called Erick for extra days and he was so happy to say no problem that you can have it for extra days. I highly recommend this company if you are in the area they service. Great customer service. Thanks again Erick for your service.

Working with Homestead Disposal was a pleasure. Eric was professional and personable. The Dumpster was promptly delivered and placed in the right location. When it was filled I made a call and the dumpster was picked up within 2 hours. That may not always be possible, but for me it was great!” The experience was such that I would definitely work with Homestead Disposal again and would highly recommend their services.

Homestead truly cares about the customer. They are accommodating and professional. The delivery driver went out of his way to be friendly and thanked us for our business. Don’t see this kind of customer service very often. Would highly recommend.

This is our second time renting a dumpster from Eric and the Homestead crew. I don’t write a lot of reviews but in this case, both times working with Homestead have stood out for both the ease of the experience and the professionalism of the team.

I was already impressed when I called about a last minute rental and within ten minutes, Eric had everything booked and ready to go for the next day. But what really stood out was the fact that the dumpster was being delivered to my parents house (for a clean out) and my 81 year old mom went out of her way to text me after the drop off to say that “the guys who dropped off the dumpster were SO nice and SO professional I just had to let you know.”

When your delivery crew inspires unsolicited text compliments from an 81 year old you know you have a good team. : )

Cleaning out your house (or your parents’ in my case) is a stressful experience. Knowing that the actual logistics of dumpster drop-off and pick-up will NOT be stressful and that the people you interact with will be nice? Awesome.

Thanks Eric (and team)!
