The Massachusetts D.E.P. has banned the following items from all landfills. If any of these waste ban items are placed in a home dumpster rental, the following per item handling charges apply from all Transfer & Recycling operations in the State of Massachusetts.

Mattresses and Box Spring- $125 each
Propane tanks - $55 each
Car tires and batteries - $55.00 per car tire, $55.00 per battery
Appliances Containing Freon such as Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Freezers, Dehumidifiers - $55 each
White goods such as Washing Machine, Dryer, Dishwasher - $55
Dumpster rental Respotting fee
Moving dumpster from one spot to another on the same job site - $250 each move.
Dumpster rental Relocation fee
Moving dumpster to another job site - $350 each move.
Homestead Disposal, Inc will not accept any Asbestos, Medical Waste or any Liquid Waste (Paint, Oil, Solvents, etc.) The disposal of hazardous or special wastes is strictly prohibited in our dumpster rental. If any hazardous or special waste is found in the dumpster rental near me, the dumpster will be quarantined until such time as the dumpster is made legal for disposal. All additional cost associated with hazardous and special waste will be the customer's financial responsibility.
